We are grateful to our special guest dancers who visited the second-grade students today. They performed a Grass Dance, a Jingle Dance, and a Fancy Dance. We even got to participate together in a Round Dance.
Makerspace Masterpieces!
Our 5th graders turned their ideas into reality in Mr. Headrick’s class--building a basketball court, upgrading a robot with LEGO add-ons, and whipping up a pizza creation. Awesome work, crew!
Learning about language!
Dustin Beaulieu visited to share the Dakota language with students and even led a round of Simon Says using Dakota words. Our students had a blast! Thank you, Dustin!

Our 1st graders raked yards today, bringing the lessons from their story for this week to life in the sweetest way.
Native American Heritage Month
Students are celebrating Rock Your Mocs Week by wearing ribbon shirts and skirts and showing their spirit with Direction Colors — black, white, yellow, red, blue, and green!
Fliers on the Move!
Whether it's greens or finish lines, these girls know how to go the distance! Congratulations to Faith and Madison as they continue their athletic careers: Faith with cross-country and track and field at South Dakota State, and Madison with golf at Briar Cliff. We are proud of you!
