The Circle is unending. It places value on key components in a person's life. They are the sense of BELONGING, MASTERY, INDEDPENDENCE, and GENEROSITY! These four values are vital to help children and adults succeed. In order for children and adults to succeed, they need to feel connected to others or to BELONG. All of us in life need to feel the sense of accomplishment or to MASTER a task. Any child or adult needs to do a task by herself or himself to be INDEPENDENT. All of us need to give something, knowledge or tangible rewards, to another person or to be GENEROUS.
